Right now, we are looking for a Trainee Expense Reimbursements Analyst.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Controlling approvals and cost centers
• Providing support to suppliers and employees
• Advanced payments analysis
• Invoice registration
• Process reimbursements
• Coordinating reimbursements to employees with Treasury
• Issuance of new Corporate credit cards
• General Support to suppliers and employees

Requirements:

• Education: University Ongoing (Required) -BA in Business Administration or CPA
• Languages: English: Intermediate (Required)
• Professional experience: at least 1 year experience in a similar position at corporate level (desirable).
