Responsibilities

Ability to build and manage strong relationships internally, with vendors, hiring managers and candidates
Demonstrate experience in candidate sourcing from a range of different channels including but not limited to social channels, networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, data mining, advertising, employee referrals, competitor contacts and third party vendors /partners
Ability to demonstrate creative and innovative ways of recruiting specialist and high volume roles
Required experience in competency based interviewing techniques including probing questioning to identify key critical behaviors of candidates
Good time, workload management and organization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
Ability to be flexible with excellent problem solving and strong influencing skills
Ability to add value and share best practice experiences with the teams and clients to continuously improve and develop the service
Strong awareness of brand management and employee value proposition to sell to candidates
Understand local labour employment law and legislation
Ability to work in a virtual team across the globe
Exposure to, and understanding of, monitoring service quality and delivering against client requirements
Advanced knowledge of standard software packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet)
Experience of using applicant tracking tools and workflow
Ability to travel to client site and meetings when required

 

Profile

Fluent business English required
Minimum 2-3 years experience of managing end to end recruitment in client facing in house recruitment or equivalent agency environment
Relevant experience working within a fast moving customer goods industry and/or function within geography (Desirable)
Minimum 2 years experience in a highly consumer focused environment
Qualified to a higher educational level (highest schooling qualification prior to and including university)
Have a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Experience in working in a proactive recruitment environment and use of digital and social media
